All transactions on the 8989a Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied to your account balance. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity.

Withdrawal to Deposit Method: As a general rule, 8989a requires that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits and platform policy. 8989a reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
Pending Wagers: Funds that form part of an active, unsettled wager are not available for withdrawal until the wager is settled. Any withdrawal request covering amounts that include unsettled wager funds will be deferred until settlement is complete.
Dormant Accounts: An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 8989a reserves the right to apply an administrative inactivity fee of Rp 10.000 per month to dormant accounts with a positive balance, following written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after the dormancy period.

Sportsbook: All sports wagers are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. For football markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the UEFA Champions League, the result at the end of 90 minutes (plus referee's added time) is used for settlement unless a specific market explicitly states otherwise (e.g., "including extra time"). In-play wagers accepted after an event has commenced are settled on the result from the time the bet is confirmed.
Togel and Numbers Games: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets are settled according to the official draw results published by the relevant draw operator. 8989a is not responsible for any discrepancies arising from unofficial result sources. In the event of a disputed result, 8989a's determination based on the official draw record shall be final.
Live Casino: All live dealer games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Dragon Tiger — are operated by licensed studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game outcomes are determined by the live dealer and physical game equipment in the studio. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled according to the result recorded at the point of disconnection or, where no result is available, the wager will be voided and the stake returned to the Member's account.
Erroneous Odds or Prices: 8989a reserves the right to void any wager accepted at an odds price that was published in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human input error. Members will be notified of any such voiding and their stake will be returned in full.

Service Availability: The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. 8989a does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
Third-Party Games: 8989a acts as a distributor of games operated by licensed third-party studios. To the extent that any dispute relates to the outcome of a game operated by a third-party studio, 8989a's liability is limited to facilitating the dispute resolution process with the relevant studio and is not liable for studio-side technical failures or outcome errors beyond its reasonable control.
Closure by You: You may request closure of your 8989a account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
